Description: Recombinant Human CD150/SLAM Protein is produced by HEK293 cells expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Ala21-Pro237) of human CD150/SLAM (Accession #Q13291) fused with a hFC tag at the C-terminus.
Alternate Names: SLAMF1, CD150, CDw150, SLAM
SWISS: Q13291
GeneID: 6504
Species: Human
Purity: ≥ 95 % as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Storage: Store at -20 ℃. Store the lyophilized protein at -20℃ to -80 ℃ up to 1 year from the date of receipt. After reconstitution, the protein solution is stable at -20℃ for 3 months, at 2-8℃ for up to 1 week.
Background: SLAM-induced signal-transduction events in T-lymphocytes are different from those in B-cells. Two modes ofSLAM signaling are likely to exist: one in which the inhibitor SH2D1A acts as a negative regulator and another inwhich protein-tyrosine phosphatase 2C (PTPN11)-dependent signal transduction operates.
