Description: Recombinant Human TNFRSF1B/TNF-R2/CD120b Protein is produced by HEK293 cells expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Leu 23 - Asp 257) of human TNFR2 (Accession #NP_001057.1) fused with a 6×His tag at the C-terminus.

Bio-Activity: Measured by its ability to inhibit TNF-α mediated cytotoxicity in L-929 mouse fibrosarcoma cells in the presence of the metabolic inhibitor actinomycin D. The ED50 for this effect is typically 1-3 μg/mL in the presence of 0.25 ng/mL recombinant human TNF-α.
