For Simple and Large-Scale Multicellular Spheroid/Organoid Generation

Catalogue Number: TRUSFR-APRCL

Advantages:

  • One step cell seeding.

  • Monosize spheroids for experimental consistency.

  • Effortless immunostaining and imaging.

  • Platform is directly embeddable in paraffin for IHC and H&E analysis.

For Simple Multicellular Spheroid/Organoid Generation

  • Large-scale culture. Create uniform spheroids from a single pipetting step.

  • Disturbance-free solution exchanges that eliminate the possibility of aspirating spheroids.

  • Monosize spheroids for experimental consistency.

  • Directly embeddable in paraffin for in-situ IHC and H&E analysis - eliminates the need for manual manipulation.

DESCRIPTION

The TruSphere Plate is a culture plate insert for creating uniform and monosized tumor spheroids/organoids. Our unique design enables the creation of multiple spheroids from a single pipette cell seeding. The insert is perfectly suited to various types of assays and standard laboratory imaging equipment, making it suitable for a wide range of experiments. The open-well design also enables seamless transfer of spheroids to well plates for drug testing or additional test conditions.
