Molecular Weight: The secreted recombinant human CD34 consists of 270 amino acids after removal of the signal peptide and has a predicted molecular mass of 29 kDa. In SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, rh CD34 migrates with the apparent molecular mass betwwen 40 and 50 kDa due to different glycosylation.
