Molecular Mass: The recombinant human IL18R1/Fc is a disulfide-linked homodimer. The reduced monomer comprises 559 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 64 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the apparent molecular mass of rh IL18R1/Fc monomer is approximately 95-110 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
