Background: Neurofilament(NF) is a neuron specific intermediate filament protein, which is a polymer composed of three subunits of different molecular weight. It is expressed in central, peripheral neurons and tumors in different proportions. Its mainly expressed in ganglioneuroma, paraganglioma, cerebellum or peripheral neuroblastoma, adrenal tumor or peripheral pheochromocytoma, which is helpful for the judging of neuroblastoma and pheochromocytoma And differential diagnosis.
