Background: The 3-fluorescence Mouse MDSC Panel has been designed for identify and phenotype MDSCs Subsets in Mouse blood or tissue samples.ABflo® multi-fluorescence panel RK40017 covers the core CD markers of CD11b, Ly-6G/Ly-6C (Gr-1) and Ly-6G. Our plots showed clear subgroups of CD11b+Ly-6G/Ly-6C (Gr-1)+ MDSCs and Ly-6G/Ly-6C (Gr-1)+Ly-6G+ PMN-MDSCs (cite figures).
