Background: This gene encodes a transmembrane protein localized to the plasma membrane and perinuclear vesicular structures. The gene product interacts with the angiotensin II type I receptor and negatively regulates angiotensin II signaling. Alternative splicing of this gene generates multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms.
Purification and Purity: The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
Specificity: Polyclonal Antibodies
Bioworld Molecular Weight: 20kDa
Note: For research use only, not for use in diagnostic procedure.
Extra Notes: Western blot analysis of extracts of various cell lines, using AGTRAP antibody at 1:3000 dilution.
Secondary antibody: HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG at 1:10000 dilution.
Lysates/proteins: 25ug per lane.
Blocking buffer: 3% non-fat dry milk in TBST.
Detection: ECL Basic Kit.
Exposure time: 10s., Immunofluorescence analysis of U2OS cells using AGTRAP Rabbit pAb at dilution of 1:100. Blue: DAPI for nuclear staining.
Alternative Name: AGTRAP; ATRAP
Immunogen: Recombinant fusion protein of human AGTRAP(NP_001035284.1).
