Purification and Purity: The antibody was affinity-purified by protein A and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
Storage and Stability: Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Specificity: Using phage display technology, library of antibody was constructed from Spleen of Balb/c mice which had been immunized by NDM protein. Screening the library with recombinant NDM protein, the target antibody was obtained and then was purified by recombinant and expression.
Extra Notes: By using Indirect ELISA to detect the binding activity of NDM-4 mouse monoclonal antibody and recombinant NDM protein. Antigen concentration was 1 µ g/ml.
