Background: Mediates cholesterol and taurocholate efflux. Through the interaction with ABCA1 potentiates the cholesterol efflux to lipid-free APOA1, in turn regulates high-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels.
Purification and Purity: The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
