Results
Figure 1: High transgene expression after VeroFect-mediated transfection of Vero cells. Vero cells (5x104) were transfected with 1 μg/well of pEGFP plasmid and 2 μL of VeroFect in a 24-well plate. GFP expression was observed 48h after transfection by fluorescence microscopy.
Figure2: VeroFect outperforms competitors. Vero cells (5x104) were transfected with 1μg/well of pEGFP or pLacZ plasmid and 2 μL of VeroFect in a 24-well plate. GFP expression was monitored 48 h after transfection by flow cytometry.beta-galactosidase expression was assayed using OZ Biosciences’ ONPG beta-Galactosidase assay kit (catalog number GO-10001). Other transfection reagents were assayed according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
